Frequently Asked Questions
What does an Amazon FBA prep service do?
An FBA prep service prepares products for an Amazon shipment based on the seller’s product details, shipping plan, and preparation instructions. Work can include labelling, bagging, protective packaging, bundling, carton preparation, and shipment coordination.
Can you apply FNSKU labels to products in China?
Yes. We can print and apply FNSKU labels based on the files and instructions you provide. Confirm the correct labelling requirement for each product and marketplace in Seller Central before sending the labels.
Do all products need FNSKU labels?
Not necessarily. Barcode requirements depend on the product, marketplace, account settings, and Amazon’s current rules. Check Seller Central for the correct barcode option and provide the corresponding instructions before preparation begins.
Can you prepare products from multiple suppliers?
Yes. Multiple suppliers can send inventory to our Shenzhen warehouse. We can receive and organize products by supplier, SKU, variation, or project before completing the agreed preparation work.
Can you build bundles and multipacks?
Yes. We can assemble bundles, multipacks, sets, and promotional kits. Provide the component list, SKU mapping, assembly sequence, packaging requirements, and label files.
How long does FBA prep take?
Processing time depends on the inbound condition, unit volume, preparation scope, inventory organization, materials, and warehouse workload. We’ll confirm an estimated processing window after reviewing your shipment details.
Can you ship prepared goods directly to Amazon?
We can coordinate shipping to eligible Amazon destinations based on your shipment plan and selected service. Destination availability, transit estimates, customs arrangements, and costs must be confirmed for each shipment.
Does Amazon guarantee acceptance if you prep my inventory?
No. Amazon makes the final decision on receiving and accepting inventory. We prepare products according to the instructions and shipment details you provide, but marketplace requirements and receiving decisions can change.
What should I provide for an FBA prep quote?
Provide your SKU list, product photos or specifications, unit quantities, packaging requirements, label files, carton details, destination marketplace, shipment plan, and any inspection or kitting instructions.
